Go to Step 15a - Where to get live scan of fingerprints.

Go to Step 15b - Form to bring with you to live scan of fingerprints.

Go to Step 16 - Get registry application form.

Go to Step 17 - Fill out registry application.

Go to Step 18 - Mail to
